Flea- tick -louse market
i'm awfully tired considering we sat at the table for 4 hrs.... it was darn boring watching people walk here and there. though i had S & S with me i couldn't concentrate seeing that they were having some Malay "ge tai" and the little boy that was singing had a very cute and high voice. what was fun was to arrange the beanies and hear the oohs and ahhs and so cutes from the people. my role was the Cashier. nah i only kept and counted the money and did the accounts. there was also a buffet . we bought tickets for this since the two were complaining that they were hungry. in the end all those sellers were also invited to eat so it actually didn't matter. to me the greatest achievement was the selling of two of my new unworn clothes. for goodness sake it was posted in my friend's blog for ages, yet to no avail. certainly that was something. one of our customers were particularly entertaining. they seemed to be rather uncertain as to what the animals were. it was so amusing. the most unpleasant aspect would be the time when an obnoxious fat boy came and messed up the arrangement trowing the beanies here and there. gosh i could only put on a smile but inside i was disgusted and fuming. it was worst still when he animated a number of beanies in a cute way that could only be describe as sick seeing his sweaty huge fingers digging into its poor body. the worst was that he came thrice. it was really annoying seeing the poor cockatoos being thrown, hit against each other and land unceremoniously in a mess. that left me speechless. seriously its living proof of how poor upbringing makes the world so ugly. you know :fat and boy its obviously his parents treat him like a king. sigh. nevertheless, i suppose it was a great "learning" experience. learning not only to make money but to be tolerant of unsavoury characters. a definite plus would be the profit made $59 haha i don't mind doing it again only next time i'll remember to bring my paper fan. thats about all about the events of today. so long.
